I see there being two kinds of capital ; thanatophilic and biophilic capitals mirroring the two possible lifestyles and drives of humans.
Thanatophilic Capital
TC a type of capital that engages the consumer in life destructive behaviour or is directly conducive of ill health, aging and depression. Examples, are cigarettes, alcohol, extreme sports, use of toxic materials for production, nonrenewable fuels, diesel powered public transport.
Biophilic Capital
BC sustains life and human health as well as helps to renew and develop life. Examples are Education, Health, Insurance(safety standards), Food, Sports, Nutrigenomics, Development.
Rosa Luxemburg described in her view of capitalism how it cannot pay for the running of the next generation. That would be a Thanatophilic Capital excess eating into Biophilic Capital.
