Nondemocracy

Many democracies have become frail just as they were when the structure of democracy was questioned 100 years ago. They let in to the highest level of power people who are insane, and addicted. Many of these liberal democracies wane when a president brings in a hardline policy and begins to exclude parties from the parliament, and extending the powers and duration of the presidency. Finally perhaps the PR systems that manipulate the country. End of democracy. While the title carries on it becomes as meaningless in the west as in the old communist world.
