On belief

(This is a response to a friend of mine who said he has no belief "not even in art")
Belief seems to have formed (because it think that belief has a force to mold more strongly than any science or culture) a crust and hidden its own meaning from people. I tried to be a christian for a year just gone, i still am one , but weekly hearding into the church with people suffering from their selfishness and blind to it to the degree of comedy, albeit tragicomedy is beyond me. It is not honest belief and dedication/devotion from anyone. I walk free in God now.
Belief is forming a life with the imagination of what it could be, in this way manifesting a reality that seems an improvement on what was before. (Perhaps it can be said more concisely in better canonical terminology)
From a dictionary we would read some nonsense about thinking that something exists when it might not or does not. The definition that i have wrought has an element of that - in the possibility for miracle that forms what does not exist yet and continuosly does that in the Universe unlike the negativistic definition (and hence an empty one).

Let us be brave in our suffering. May we rejoice when inevitably all hardships are vanquished without leaving the cockroaches behind.
